Not a bad drawing at all...
I think you've put a lot of effort into this. The drawing detail on this sketch is excellent, and the shading is perfect. A very unusual posture for her to sit in, but thats not important.
I think that the shadow behind her is a bit mishapen. It doesnt particularly matter that much, but it doesn't match the shape of the character.
Good job, either way.
