Great job!
This looks very natural and real with the exception of nose, which is a small flaw. But all in all I like this. Especially her eyes look realistic, and I like the fact that they are different color.

Eyes
The shading under her nose looks out of place, you should have used more than a dark shadow.
Her nose altogether looks a bit funny, it sort of runs into the face and needs a bit more shading on the sides.
The lined effect on the lips looks great, and those eyes are terrific the way the iris breaks into a different color looks amazing.
