Not funny.
Your voice over was excellent and the animation of his hands, mouth, and eyes, was decent. All in all the mechanics were very good but it really just wasn't funny.
First off, it wasn't very much like Michael Jackson. If Michael Jackson really came clean about child molesting he wouldn't sit there and say "I fuck children. I like fucking children." Obviously you know nothing about Michael Jackson other than what your redneck parents have told you. Learn more about him and try again, trying to stick with his personality. Trust me, it'll make it a lot funnier.
Second, it was tired and predictable. Oh wow, you made a flash movie where Michael Jackson says he fucks kids. You're so original. You're only like the 100,000,000th person to do that. Way to go. Try putting a fresh spin on it. Something unexpected. The beastiality thing was a good start in that direction but you didn't implement it very well.
Third, cut the laugh track. I know you were trying to make it seem more like Conan O'Brien but seriously just don't. Laugh tracks are always bad.
