9 for two reasons.
1) I felt the direction was absolutely amazing. I felt that it could have been alot better with better graphics. The sound was also a little too cartoony.
2) I love the music from FLCL as much as the next person, but i feel that this could have done alot better with maybe some similar music that has not been heard as much.
Although i give it a 9 here, it gets a perfect five in the vote.

it was cool but it reminded me to much of the ppg's the onlt thing it had in common with flcl was the music....but the music is cool the fight scen was good and whats up with the girl thing i didnt get it.but whatever...it was good but not great ..i would watch another one any time so keep on keepin on c ya
very awesome and inspiring
This film makes me wanna do more flash and to make more characters. The Adam kid is very very awesome looking. Like a powerpuff boy. The Japanese punk is kinda annoying, but over all I liked it a lot.
