... for a sprite movie
Generally, I hate stick men, clocks, and sprites... But every once in a while one is done a little differently... This one looked clean, moved well, and had added effects... Plus the cutsey little sprites were neat... Gives it an edge... I was happy just to see no sad cut outlines around the sprites, let alone smooth animation

heres a tip try a little harder when your drawing the people because when u drew ummm i forgot his name...Goku i thhink his chin was pointed.

Argh. That is what I have to say. Decent sound, although somewhat hard to hear.
I was a fan of DB before the original 13 episodes, of the original series, were brought over here the first time. Pre cartoon network era. When the pocket books were cool, because you had to translate them to figure out why people were fighting. Imported.
If this was done years and years ago, then I would have rated it higher, but due to the over saturated market for the same thing it is just average at best.
