Other then that I would have to say I didn't like this. I much prefer your animation then actual sprites but I will say that I did enjoy how you mixed the two together. Maybe a few more animation scenes and this would have been "OK". Had you drawn the entire thing, it would have been a 5.
Also, the sprites made everybody look like children. Why? It would be really good if you could get sprties from the new Budikai game...

heres a tip try a little harder when your drawing the people because when u drew ummm i forgot his name...Goku i thhink his chin was pointed.

Generally, I hate stick men, clocks, and sprites... But every once in a while one is done a little differently... This one looked clean, moved well, and had added effects... Plus the cutsey little sprites were neat... Gives it an edge... I was happy just to see no sad cut outlines around the sprites, let alone smooth animation
