I don't like how you did the water. It seems kinda out of place and blurry in contrast to the girl. Still love your cross-hatching as lightning/shades tho.

But I seem to be bothered by the large amount of empty space. You could have fill it in with a lot of wonderful things.

I like the design and the effect of reflection is well managed
but I think deviste work more in the flow of water and give the effect of wet hair.
Yet again
I instantly remember your pic for the first flood. Again it has those "wild" and sketches lines versus a calm pic with calm colours.
Also I like how the background fades to a black emptiness.
