I don't have anything particular to say about this piece besides that I am enjoying it thus far. The main reason I posted this review was to keep the previous one from being on the main page, as it has spoilers on it. Looking forward to future episodes!

Merry Christmas and happy new-year to you as well. Ok, onto the review. I can't believe you made Shadow a bad guy! ARRGH! He was my favorite. Ah well. Once again, very good story telling, breaking apart the group and twisting the stories is a very good tactic and one you seem to have mastered. I especially like the cliff-hanger you put at the end of this one, makes me hungry for the next one...lol. I also noticed that you are very careful with what music you put to what situation with what characters. Most people would not give it that much thought and use whatever they thought sounded good, your attention to detail is noticed and appreciated by all of us I'm sure. One thing that got me though... I don't remember Shadow dying in the game, I seem to remember keeping him until the end, but it has been a few years so I may have forgotten something. All in all (and piece by piece also) a great work.

Thank you! And I do put a lot of thought into what music I use for what scene, glad you acknowledge it! And Shadow did die ONLY if you didn't wait for him (when the world is coming to an end and you have get to the airship before the time runs out). You gotta wait until the timer has 5 seconds on it, and then Shadow will survive.
And yes, I did leave a real cliffhanger at the end, didn't I? Part 9 will be so good that it would make Square-Enix proud! Thanks once again for the feedback, I look foward to your review for part 9 ;)

That was really good and sad! Gau died and Shadow's the traitor! It's just friggin' insane man! Oh I have Chrono Trigger now and I know who Norstein Bekkler is now. He's the psycho that creates the clone of Chrono so you could bring him back with the Time Egg or the Chrono Trigger!
That game is cool and I have to go kill Lavos now!
You should make the dialogue hang around a bit longer and put Magus(Chrono Trigger) in the series somewhere, he's cool!
