Reviews for "Ikebana - Corner of Ikebana"

Nice!

I liked this painting, Hacsev, your paintings are awesome, this one wasn't too far from the others, you kept doing a good job, I think this is one of the bests you've made.

I liked the contrast of every color, they have movement, like all the other paintings you made. The thing I liked in your paintings are the bright colors, an ikebana is a very good inspiration, I think you used the right colors, they all had a great contrast, I liked a lot the pot in the bottom of the painting, the green and red made a great contrast, it resulted in a beautiful mix of colors.

Anyway, I liked this art a lot, I think it's one of your bests (if not the best) job until now, a beautiful mix of colors, a great contrast, everything is working awesomely fine. Keep it up dude!!

Really nice

I kind of see two different things, if you just look at the top half it feels like you are looking down at a street and if you look at the bottom half it looks like everything is just coming out of a hat and creating a huge visual area illusion. Pretty nice abstract art since you see two different things or at least I do anyways.

I really have no idea how one improves abstract as it is more or less emotion than anything else. Very nice piece though, you do lots of abstract art!!

So many pretty colors...

The palm leafs, the sea and naturally the plant really give this a nice contrast, although it actually still appears a bit gloomy for the carribean to me

Jammin'!

I'm getting a really clear vision of the flowers in this piece. If I'm not mistaken, there's a vase at the bottom, with the flowers all sprouting skyward from it. The reds, yellows and greens really provide a burst of energy that works with flowers.

To be honest, I'm a little disappointed with the shape of the flowers. They seem a little leafy and sharp rather than elegant and curved. It's a bit distracting to me, but it definitely doesn't destroy the piece.

Blues, to me, either represent sadness or confusion, so in the background the color featured so prominently is a departure from what I expect from abstract and expressionism. I'm pretty sure the blue everywhere is either the ocean or the sky, so it makes sense, and it looks very pleasant.

not much into abstract minimalism

but I do love the downward movement going on, as well as the colors in that pedestal looking shape near the bottom.
