Very different
This is one of the best "Madness Combat" tributes I have ever seen, due to the fact that it is so radically different than the other ones. I think this is in fact the only one where the character's heads are actually drawn in the right proportion to their bodies. This could even be thought of as a preview for the third installment in the Madness series. Even the loading screen where you are literally followed around by the eyes of the guy is good. The different character designs are also great, like the one priest. It was lots of action, but did not focus so much on killing in itself, as there were only 25 deaths.
That was pretty good
The 3D effects were a nice touch to madness, i lol'd at the elivator part, and the music was pretty good. 5/5 10/10
Stick to making games.
