Earthbound.
There is a lovely wonder to this picture. It captivates the imagination and carries with it some really wonderful meshy colours and lighting effects. The thickness of the brush strokes contributes to an earthy sense. You understand how to emit beams of light gently and effectively from objects.
However the saturation and colour boldness is too low, making the image slightly undervalued and lifeless. Also the lack of brightness makes the real focus, the monster, almost unrecognisable.
But I have no doubt that praise will come your way at school for its smart execution.
