Reviews for "Power of the Geek part 2"

Same old crap

you have no plot!!!
what is wrong with you, you need a reason for all this nonsence. I get the mutant super powers and all, that's fine. But why the fuck are they fighting!! and another thing, characters are intresting and the 3d building is nice but you don't have consistant quality in your art. eg he swings on the building-the cord looks like shit.

Impressive

Wow! I can't believe this, but I'm hooked. I've watched part one, and I was impressed. Part two came at us SO quickly, and with greater quality and imagination then part one.
The fact that this episode is distinguishable from the other episode is a plus. I can't sit here and say "Which one is this again."
LOVED the title shot with the mouse cable in motion, VERY creative... I can't imagine you will stop doing these anytime soon... At least, I hope not.

Great Work

By far, you're one of my favourite animators on NG, and your movies are always consistantly good.

I think the old guy is either 1) the Stick Slayer or 2) Eskimo Bob in a clever disguise.

So, Ben... what did you use to make/animate the actual building?

Ben-Spurgin responds:

I'll give you a hint...
It was mentioned in a previous review for this movie.

cool...

I watched the first one, and I'm still not sure why the geek is doing all this...the only thing that makes him a geek is that he kills people with a mouse...right? It's still pretty cool, though.

Ben-Spurgin responds:

I know it's confusing right now, but don't worry, eerything will be explained in part 3. And you can see why he's such a geek in part 1!

excellent... nothing less!

Shit man that was absolutly astonishing.... Being an avid animator, I can respect the amount of work that went into this... You must have story boarded that before making it... excellent work incorperating the swift 3d into your movie, The only thing I can critique is the lack of frame by frame animation but you barely notice since it was so wounderfully tweened. Keep up the good work and the series!! This is top 10 material!
