Good BUT
The drawing is great well done and detailed at the same time.

The face is poorly designed, especially the nose, lips, ears and hair could you do it in a more natural.

You could do some work on her hair, it looks funny to me. But, I find it hard to see her neck. But you still did pretty good. :D
