Eh --
Well, the audio is very good. Sound effects were there. The action sequences are decent. You lack originality though. This has been done before. Your characters are one step up from stick figures.
Not too much plot and no character is put into depth.
Nothing new but a lousy stick figure shoot-out. But time and effort does show here. So, good work.
good, but...
It was a good flash, but the character designs need some more work. One big gray circle+two smaller white ovals=head? bah. Other than that, it was a quality flash.
It was okay
Over all it was pretty good, but the animations when people walked could have been better. Also the blood wasn't drawn up very well. The main thing that made it only "okay", though, was that not much really happened.

Ya that was cool, really nice graphics, allthough you could add some more detail to your characters, music was cool, lots of skill and talent went thru this, so props to you on the flash, it was awsome...

Most definetely some awesome action!
Hey, this was great. The actual art was poor, but the animation was action-packed and smooth. I'd work on your characters a little more before next time. The sounds were good, but the grenades needed some better sound and the music selection could be a little more hardcore during a few parts. The storyline was awesome, and I can't wait to see some more Tactical Diplomacy!
