Needs work...
Well, the non-sprite drawing wasn't very good, the music didn't always suit the scene, to plot made little to no sence, and KINGdoms don't have presidents.
There is some potental there though. Keep developing your skills.

alright. ill be straight with you,the song sucked, it was looking OK until he went to your crappy hand drawn underground and the sprites were out of place at some scenes... you oculdve done better my friend, much better

I have to say that this sucked. Movies on Newgrounds are meant to entertain people, but you seem to insist on boring them instead. I've been looking at all of your movies and I can honestly say that I wasn't impressed with any of them.
