pretty much the same as the original, just with a different song in the background, and theres a couple extra scenes at the end.
the animation of the black fat guys face who likes firearms is very well done when its blown off and onto the floor.. it looked so cool.

I thought it was pretty cool. That dude Mackrye doesn't make sense. Isn't immature humor and excessive violence part of what makes NG so wonderful? It doesn't even seem that you're putting suicide in a respectable light . . . rather just using it as a means to portray blood and gore. I love blood and gore.
