Ummm... Street Fighter Alpha the movie?
Yeah, I'm sitting here thinkin':
a) The only thing relating this to DBZ are the dragon balls and
b) I noticed that the bulk of animation was litterally taken straight from Street Fighter Alpha as well as two characters who were slightly redrawn and had different colours.
Try something a little original please!
However, on the plus side that animation was smooth so I can't knock you for that!

More like Dragon Ball: Traced.
Learn to choreograph and animate your own fight scenes. It may be a pain in the ass and it may not turn out very nice at first, but it's very rewarding when you finally get it right.
