Reviews for "Tile-Based RPG Engine 0.9"

A good rpg engine

PRetty nice! In your beta version, could you please make it posible to enter buildings and see inside it?

Syrsly responds:

I don't plan on working on this any more. I had a newer version online a while ago, but it disappeared. Anyway, if you need help making such games, you could consult a tutorial, and the source file is online at fantasyjam.net for future reference.

awsome!!! make more!!!!

that was sweet i liked battleing make more plz1!!!!

Syrsly responds:

Well, I'm sure I'll work on this project more later...

Kept me busy for along time!

That means your game is g00d

Syrsly responds:

^.^' ty

Woah...

That was very cool. Graphics were great. Needs some music, and more sounds. Like thepromaster said (sorta) the battles were really good. I liked this game a lot. Excellent work. Keep it up!

Syrsly responds:

I'm actually kind of disappointed with the battle system... I hoped it would turn out much better than it did. :(

i really like the battle system

but put in music, a storyline, i know its just a demo but attack only works in battles and put in a character selection besides that it's pretty damn good

Syrsly responds:

Magic works as well, but you need an elemental staff. If you want to see what has come out of all this work, check out Ymir: Tale of the World.

Ymir Alpha used the FJTBRPG battle system. Beta used the tiles system. Both have music and some sound effects. The tile-based rpg engine on NG is pretty old.
