Reviews for "Last Boss (Megaman 6) Acapella"

Nice

High rating, i feel the drugs from my youth all coming back as i listen, erm I like.

learn to use your second vocal cord it would make things truely amazing.

sonicmega responds:

I must confess, I don't have very much knowledge of the vocal chords or their purpose beyond the obvious, even though I've taken some choir courses.

Is there any chance you could PM me and explain what you mean? I appreciate the criticism, but I need to understand it in order to fully utilize it. Thanks a lot!

Doody-doo-doo doooooo~

Kinda weird, kinda cool. I hope this beatboxing and doopy-dee-dooing does not get stuck in my mind for all of megaman eternity.

sonicmega responds:

I hope it doesn't either. There are plenty of other songs out there more worthy of being trapped in that thinkbox of yours.

Like "Now you're a hero", for instance.

man

it sounds like homer (from simpsons) ho is dronken with some other

sonicmega responds:

Homer?.... I'm not really seeing the connection. This seems a little high pitched for Homer's voice. But hey, to each his DOHn!

Ehh...

I think it would have turned out better if you had used computer voices. That, or just instuments. I just don't think this is worthy of "Best Of The Week". I am well aware that other people have other opinions though.

sonicmega responds:

Computer voices... hmm... I'm not sure how to answer that suggestion, since I've never heard an acapella piece done entirely with computer voices.

However, I have to refute your suggestion on using instruments, as the entire point of this submission lies in that it's ALL VOICE. Using instruments would ruin the challenge of the piece itself.

Thanks for your feedback!

Sorry but...

In this ae of technology, you just can't compare to artificial sounds. You've got some good talent, but honestly, do you expect people to listen to this kind of song non-stop?

sonicmega responds:

Did I say to listen to it non-stop? Honestly, if someone listened to ANY song non-stop, I'd tell them to please look for something else to listen to; they'd practically be showing extreme addiction.

Also, I'm not trying to compare to today's instruments, did you seriously think I thought I was better than them? That's like telling Rocapella that they need to find a new medium of song.
