Enlightened Dissent is the epitome of Patriotism
There are in fact many similiarities between the rise of the current administration and the 3rd Reich. Now whether or not the current administration has intentionally became facists is subject to debate. What is NOT subject to debate is that laws are being promulgated and enacted that have constricted our freedoms.
This administration may think they are protecting freedoms, but it is in fact curtailing them. Juxtapose how folks railed against Clinton for his sexcapades with how Bush is allowed carte blanche to invade a country that was not an imminent threat. (North Korea is the real danger)
I think some folks take exception to a lack of balanced portrayal of the current administration, which is of course your right. Of course there are always going to be people who deride you no matter how fair attempt to be. To those living in abnormal fear of terrorist remember this: We have sadly lived with organized terrorists for centuries here in the US. Oklahoma was bombed by homegrown villians. You have a MUCH greater chance of dying from a heart attack, car wreck, armed robbery, or police encounter than a terrorist attack! Life is risk, risk is life. I will take my chances with "less security" and more freedom than vice versa.
