I'm going easy on you because this is (supposedly) punk, and the first basic rule within punk is: It does not have to sound good due to the fact that punk was meant to provoke the public by having lyrics with deep insightful content. Now considering this is an instrumental (in which there are no lyrics), this means this should not be labeled punk. Personally i believe this should be labeled pop-rock-instrumental.
