Very fluid animation...
But yeah, the art wasn't all that great. Very nice animation though. VERY fluid. Just work on your drawing and you should become a pretty damn nice flash uh... person. >_>

Oddly it made me laugh
My brother keeps asking me to teach him flash and when ever I think of him as an artist pictures such as yours run through my head. Work on you illustrations a little because your animation is good already.

You clearly have decent animation skills given the movement and such here.
Purhapes you thought the scribble style would be cool in a way....but it isnt, been done too much before.
If you redid this movie, spending more time to make it "neat", you could get a much higher mark.
Use Tracebitmap on screenshots of pokemon if you have too :)
