While it does borrow a bit from Moonlight, it is an entirely different progression.
Regardless, I like it, it's a very mellow nice sound. I wish I had that kind of guitar tone. As everyone else said the ending was quite abrupt.

Really Nice Overall
I really enjoyed listening to this. It's really relaxing and better than so of the stuff they play on my local jazz station. The only thing I have to say is the ending was a bit abrupt and could have gone out much more smoothly.

You know, the one about their latte's and how the two girls in the cafe' hate jazz? Well, screw mcdonalds, they can all go to hell for all i care. The person who wrote that commercial obviously never heard real jazz like this. Excellent work. Just when I thought I couldn't like jazz any more than I do, I hear something like this.
