That was awesome but try making it at a faster pace, i know you are going for the matrix slow-mo effect but sticks arent much to look at in slow-mo.

For a trial it is very well done, I can't wait to see the whole thing. The only suggestion I'd have is to check your perspectives on the background. When the second purple guy jumps off the pilliar, it doesn't look like he should be able to without the distance perspective changeing.
