touching

KTRECORDS responds:

I hope they do! I would love to see this in a game. I would even go out of my way to make it loopable so it would be easier to work with!

Ending needed a real ending. Beginning was good.

She made the worst decision of her life. At the time, she was unaware of his suffering. He said nothing. He didn't know who or what had caused his life to spin out of control. Slow realization comes to her, and regret falls heavily upon her. At
1:17, he vows to never forigve who screwed up his life. He never finds out, she never apologizes. Confusion and misunderstanding consume them both.

Somwhere toward the end of the song, where the violin stopped and the piano started again--it ended too abruptly, not realistic enough. Like a violin singing beautifully and getting choked off.
Progression was outstanding, and you managed to keep throughout the song the same key and rhythm, not stepping out of line, which is fitting for this song in particular.

KTRECORDS responds:

I rememeber when I did that part at the end of the climax. I was already running out of ideas by the time I hit that part. Just the climax alone took me a couple hours to figure out how to make everything work together without sounding to...overwhelming? So by that point, I was starting to get a little burned out, so I decided not to go ahead and try anything else crazy for fear of ruining the song. U are correct though. I probably could have added a few more measures to add some more flavor.
Honestly as far as the rhythm and key of the song go... I just don't know how to play outside of D, lol. I've been teaching myself how to play the keyboard, and I find D to be the easiest to work with. And I love how easy it is to play sad songs like this in it! It makes it easier to cover up how inexperienced I really am at this lol!
Thanks for the review and I'm glad you enjoyed the song!

Nice

I have a story that can fit this. Recently my gf broke up with me. what caused it was that i lost it with her so i blew up in her face. i know, shouldn't have done that. but after i cooled off i realized that i shouldn't have done that but it was already too late. she broke up with me that night and i regret exploding on her to this day. i heard this song and i pictured it all happening again and i feel the regret. i kinda heard a song in my head similar to this when it happened. anyway nice work dude. make more plz

KTRECORDS responds:

I agree with you on relationships fitting very well with this song. It does kind of have a sad romance story sound to it. I pictured that a few times myself. Thanks for sharing and sorrow about your break-up.

Great

I thought of a guy weeping at a funeral, and in the flashback he is driving with his wife and kids and they get in a car crash.

KTRECORDS responds:

Fits perfectly. Maybe he fell asleep at the wheel or something like that?

Epic.

... He fell down on his knees, looking at his shaking blood stained hands
while he quietly said "No, what have i done" He then looked at his dead brother.

KTRECORDS responds:

That's a good one! Maybe they were fighting over some girl or something... I like it!
