Thanks just realized the SNES Bitey should have more shading on it. Though it is.... supposed to be animated. Maybe I was going easy on the designers :D Sure I'll use that excuse!

I can see you put a little work into this, but honestly anybody can do this with gimp or photoshop. I remember one of my first tutorials for photoshop was limiting the color palette to 16 colors to make an image look like it came from the Commodore 64.
Unless you tell us this was done by hand, I have to give you a 5/10. Sorry, more clarification on what programs you used and how it was achieved is needed for a better rating.
