i guess that you imported a DB movie in to flash
and made a layer over that layer and drawed after those lines in the imported movie...

What is the point of this crap movie? To show off your tracing skills? THEY ARE GREAT! But this flash sucks total ass man, never do anything this short or gay again.

At least your tracing looks better than half of the crap some people submit with DBZ audio in the background.
However, if you want people to respect your artistic abilities, you need to do something original.
