You must be the biggest collection if nostaligic morons I have ever heard. I know those kids sound real cocky, but they are absolutely right. It's called progress. How would you like someone flaming you because you don't like music they played in the 20s? Let's face it, the graphics sucked, the sound was worse than Avril Lavinge's music and the gameplay was about 100000000 times worse than that what you can play nowadays. You will probably see me as another of those stupid punks, because I am just 15, but I have played and enjoyed games on old consoles (I had a wide collection of SNES games and I've played a lot of emu's lately). And what I as an objective observer can tell is that the quality of games has risen exponentially over the past few decades, with a few exceptions (Nothing will ever match games like FF VII or Chrono trigger because of their story and controversial gameplay. And to the guy with the FFX-2 12-year old girl comment: You probably go to one of those crappy porn or hentai sites every day, so don't start about FFX-2. Because the the Walrus didn't say he shares this feeling of nostalgia, I still think this movie is worth an 8, but I want you all to know I think of you as a bunch of old guys, ranting about how the old days were so much better.
Are they really that stupid?
I haven't read this article in EGM, but are those kids really that stupid? This movie didn't make me feel old or anything...it made me want to take a bat to those 9 year-olds and hopefully beat some sense into them.
