Good, but getting old.....

If i hadnt seen the rise of the mushroom kingdom id probly give a better score. why do you guys insist on turning a happy, innocent series like the "mario" games into stuff like this? I cant speak for most people, but i dont come to newgrounds for a good "cry" ok, i come here for a good laugh. this whole tragic/emotional mario series is getting a bit old, why not put your talent to use on something a little more humorous? It was a pretty decent flash though, and your score is pretty high. but its just not my thing....

Not as good as the others. Probably cos it was too long and there wasnt as much action. Not sayign it wasnt good because it still had great storyline. I hope number 4 is more actioned.

I see a series starting

I'm not a fan of sprite movies but the plot you have going is great enough to make me like it. Now please post the music and sounds you used next time since it's obvious you didn't compose them. Things to work on are completely up to you and I highly think you shouldn't consider my advice now anyways since you started a series that should stay the same. But to create your own art and music/sound would be a great improovement. Great story and I sort of knew luigi wouldn't rise since there was forshadowing before that. I find this all very poetic and I like it. Thanks for your entertainment, time and effort for the file and review. Cheers!

Jesus, that was pretentious

I'm going to have to break away from the pack here, since i feel this film has many major flaws.

First of all, it's simply melodrama, with little in the way to back up it's story, other than the out of place radiohead music (to the person who asked, i believe the music is all from amnesiac but i could be wrong). The film drags on and on, far longer that would be needed for any well-contructed film. It has a very distinct faux-art quality to it, combined with the cliche approach of using sprites. Furthermore, nothing of substance acually occured in this epsoide, making it seem more like a college student's mental masturbation session than an acual voyage into making a good film. While newground viewers in general may reward your ambition of this film, i feel it lost it's way very quickly.

why dont you make a movie where mario gets revenge on bowser. (and yes luigi is still alive)
