Here's how it could have been better.
First off, way too repetative. This should be about two minutes maximum.
The real problem is that the riff switches between being cool then being stupid. The first 6 seconds are cool, but every part of the main riff after that just doesn't go with it. The drums and bass and all the random effects are pretty cool, but since the main line sucks the song just gets ruined. (Especially the part around 00:42, really really bad) The small break around 1:00 is fine and the one around 3:25 is too.
I recomend that you make some new variations in the riff, but show it to some friends first to make sure that people will like it. (and I do realize that I may be the only one who thinks this) Just make 30 seconds of riff, switch to a break, more riff, break, then riff and end it. something like that, just make it alot shorter. (I don't know if break is the right word but whatever) Anyway, it has alot of potential but turned out worse than it could have been.
