This is what happens when kids make flash.
But I digress... Vastly improve the voice acting and storyline and your flash may be okay. The graphics could use some tweaking in certain areas too.

Needs work.
The art is okay, but the overall Flash needs work. A lot of work. Make it a lot longer, and get a better plotline going. Even if it wasn't 'the best', I, and I'm sure many other people, wouldn't mind seeing it.
