A true McMillen masterpiece. Suitably nauseating setting for an otherwise well rounded game...this rocks. Keep it up. Never thought coughing up blood would be that fun !

Underrated, good game
Great fun and surprisingly addictive. The visuals are excellent and the soundtrack is cool. Plays very well, the controls are good and the action is frenetic. A must play game, don't know how I missed this when it first came around.

I am a sucker for insane desert themes.
But a power-up system and jump button would be good.
