Well, maybe, It learns you to make a preloader yourself, I always used the NG preloader, the only problem was that it wasn't any percent loader at it...
I can just think to myself...

Just one thing; the "Make it an MovieClip with the "Variable" name: bar" part, do you mean the Instance Name?
