Just plain old crap
Neat idea, but it needs some fleshing out. Why is Vegeta pissed? (two text screens would be sufficient) Why is he using purple energy bolts that come vertically from nowhere? (shots originating from a point more or less bottom-center would be a big improvement) How about a score? A little challenge? Vary up the sound effects for an easy score booster. Artwork was nice, but clearly not hand-drawn. Well, maybe Vegeta, who knows?
