Heres some tips
You need to: Work on your graphics. Use Krinkels' graphics if he lets you.
Animation: I'm not sure, but I'm guessing that was only running at about 12 or so frames per seconds. It pays to make alot of very small frame by frame movements and let it run at 40 or so fps, it'll look so much smoother and better.
Make some better backgrounds. Just add a building or a tree and make sure the lines are straight and accurate.

Um... no offense man, but that was kinda lame. You should have waited and made it much better. Then put it on New Grounds. But it's a nice little ten second thing you know.

...ok... Well first, that was very cap. Not trying to be mean or something, ut you said you and your friend worked on this for 2 days. What are you? 10? 11? Whatever you are, that work suits your age. And that age must be very low. God knows what took drove you to actually put this thing up here. It was a very bad movie. it lasted for like 30 secs and it didnt even make sence actually. Is this a preview or something? I hope it is otherwise I am vry shamed of you. No dinner for you tonight! if i was krinckles i kick your ass this is horrible its 15 seconds long and the animation sucks. but if you really tried i guess its ok for a man with 3 fingers(altogether not on each hand assuming you have 2)
