One of my favorites
This is one of my favorite works.
I'm quite a fan of Giger's works and quite a fan of Alien series.
About this work:
I like the soft, unreal, silky light on the flor, it's like a soft warm morning sunrise.
I like the contrast between this and the "alienish" patterns on the walls.
Also I like the humor due to the contrast between the serenity of Count D and the aggressive look of Alien, here in a submissive pet attitude :))

I'm a huge fan of both Petshop of Horrors and the Alien series. I'm surprised the soft, pastel quality of petshop could mesh so well with the shiny darkness of alien. Well done on this little crossover.

I'm not sure I agree with you about PSoH being soft n pastel (btw anime or manga?) the bunny episode ("Daughter", from the animated series) was kinda gruesome on Alien level, eek. I think the manga is a bit more on the soft side, I haven't read it all though.
