"You deserve to die"?
Why did the cops deserve to die? They didn't do anything wrong. When you find a bunch of people who have been shot dead and a living person with a gun next to them, you usually assume the guy with the gun did it.

Quality wise, this is great. Movie wise, m-e-h
It was a good styled animation, but I can pretty much see where this is going. I guess you watch Twilight Zone(I don't mean you stole an idea), at least if I'm right this is a TZ flash movie plot wise. Keep this stuff up. If this WAS your own original idea it's awesome. But somehow, I think you took an idea from the show and turned it into your own movie. I'll stop writing now.
