The building vas nice, i have never 3d moddeled in a flash so i think it harder than in 3D max :)
But if you want people to watch your movie and give nice reviews and stuff, then make somthing with action. Was this action? The man jumps out of the window and the jerky agend does the same, bullets are 2dimensional, so there you cant see if the bullet is misssing the target or not. But just for your efforts i will gladly vote normal on this one.
Try to add good humor and make it longer!!!
One problem...
It's done with stick figures.
If there's one thing I absolutely can not stand on this site, it's stick movies. There's only one person that can do good sticks, and I can't mention their name here.

I would have preffered if you took the time and care you spent on the building bits(which was really cool by the by) and put it into the characters as well. Stick figures just don't do the Matrix justice. Anyway it's a good start hope this one makes it on.
i'll tell you what i think it's wrong..
1- it's just sticks..
2-that matrix song..it's ANNOYING..and is not even part of reloaded..
i gave u a 5 in graphics cuz i thought the building looked cool and a 10 in humor for the title..lol
