It is very impressive how you caught the cuteness of the pokemon. Not only that but the background as well. it is clear you took alot of time to make the background because of how well the grass is.
Also you were correct, pidgey can be locate in the Ilex forest.

Love the shading style, and the background is great! Only thing is that the two tress seem to cage/frame Pidgey, but it's good anyhow haha :)
