I love how the water effect came out, but yea the pose is a little odd. Since it's such a powerful move, maybe have Vaporeon's head lower to the ground, and it's butt up in the air as if it were bracing itself due to the force of the water. I dunno, maybe it'd work. Great as always.

First of, as you already noted, the pose is awkward. It should be probably facing forwards, otherwise the strength of the water might make it fall. Also I don't really think you pulled off the water effect. Water is usually more transparent, it looks almost solid here, but that probably is because of the pressure of the water. I'll give that the benefit of the doubt, though you should try practicing water in a river or waterfall, that's how water looks like most of the times.
It's crazy to think that when this was made there was absolutely no chance of someone posting the copypasta. Good times.
