wow i saw this and i was like, oh is that bill? but still this picture is very well done i love the lightheartedness of it. when i look at it i feel like its a picture that is just for the sake of being awesome art. simple, and good.

You know what this painting make me think of? The Old Man and The Sea, from Hemingway. That's pretty much how I pictured him, in the book. In any case, it's an amazing paint. You really ''feel'' the old fisherman. Great work!
Wow! This has gotta be one of my favorite drawings by you. All those details... they’re just so intricately drawn and impressive! His face, most of all. He strikes me as a wise old man who’s stern and intelligent, yet very playful and kindhearted at the same time. Would totally love to meet someone like him in real life!
