The ending changed my opinion
At first, once i saw graphics, music, I just so wanted to blam this, but after seeing it through and reading the paper it changed my view around completely. I'm going to give it a 4 because I have a relative who's life is wrecked cause of drugs, and it does wreck the lives around them too.
A bit of work on graphics, and maybe get someone else to chose music and I think you may have something here. Keep it up..
Can you spell?
I mean, it was decent and all, but all those spelling errors... Its PSYCHOPATH! Not psychopat! And at the end, the replay button is spelled Agian?!

Better than I expected.
This is badly drawn.
But it is well-directed and seems to have a story. It was entertaining enough for me to watch all the way through.
A few pieces of advice:
One, the story is set in 1974 but the look is more like the 90's or 2000's. Perhaps their clothes should be more 70's in stlye.
Two, since it's in the 70's, you should put some 70's funk or rock music in there.
Three, since the story is set in America you sould consult with an American to make sure things are accurate and words are properly spelled.
Draw a little better and take some of that advice into account, you may have a decent series when you're done.

It's alright
It's alright. The idea behind it could be interseting, but it's too short to go into any real emotions, plus the animation and imagies are average. Again, not bad. But nothing exceptional.
thanks for your review. I see your point and I kinda agree. I didn't really work hard with this though, not more then 15 hours, It's just something I started and felt like I had to finish.

Well, i got the message and all, but LSD isn't really what i would call a street drug, its a psyhchadelic hippie drug, now crack, cocaine, heroin, those are some street drugs. You would have to take alot of fuckin LSD to overdose, and if you did then your a damn retard. PEACE
