Yeah, Megaman alright.
Well, it sure as hell looks and play like Megaman, and is just as ridiculous.
I never liked Megaman, those games are so fucking hard. But I know when someone is good at something, and you sir, are good at making this. Err... something. Anyways, now I go back to something less difficult... like finding out a way to assassinate Osama or something...
Good programming. Somehow you noted the good programming and good controls. I'ts what took more time in the end :)
Near Perfect
That was good. I have but one suggestion: Charge-up. This game was harder than a mutha fugga without the gun charge function. The first boss was friggin impossible! That is all this game needs, and it will be perfect.
From here a lot of power up should be easier to add. But for further games. Regards =)

note to players
Nice, but hard. I got some tips for reviewers:
1. That one-up is NOT out of reach. Ever heard of the dash jump?
2. Tengu man is not impossible, but still pretty hard. I suggest u jump around erratically to dodge him, jump on top of the fans when he's flying around and shoot, and run towards him while shooting when hes using the fans. Still, kinda hard for a first boss.
3. Freeze man IS practically impossible, theres no way to avoid being hit when he starts shooting ice.
Try this: when u start a new game, right click the game and press "play".
