Haha yeah I did see a lot of SMRPG remixes lately. It's just a coincidence that I send mine now though. :P
Thanks Marks!
I want to go to the beach
-^ ^- I love how you redid this. I love that you kept adding percussion as the song went on. Especially the tambourine. That was a perfect additive. I personally love this song. Not as much as other songs maybe, but only because it always reminds me of a bunch of creepy cronies running around, and the horrid boss battle. *lol*
Beautiful job with this! SMRPG is my favorite game.
Creepy cronies haha! :P And yeah that boss battle was painful the first time I played this game.
Thanks Takoon. :)
Musical euphoria
Video game composers like Shimomura, Kondo, and Uematsu all seem to possess some incredible ability to weave musical notes in a way that opens your brain up to new sensory dimensions ... listening to this song is like going to a fair, relaxing on a beach and watching a sunset on a cliff at the same time. Of course, your mad keyboard skills helped this song sound even deeper and crisper than its MIDI-like form on SMRPG. Fantastic.
You should remix "Fight Aganst Culex" ... that's my favorite SMRPG (and FFIV) song, next to this one.
Well said! Thanks Xnux. I might give the Culex theme a try someday yes.
The shame...the nostalgia...the AWESOMENESS!!!
I forgot that this theme even existed (shame on me), and I don't know how many times this song has looped through my ears (nostalgia). Who cares? I don't, and that's why it's awesome! I recommend that you remix the nimbus land theme so I can loop that through my brain over and over :D !
Love it
I absolutely love this remix as it maintains the upbeat of the original one. I really respect that as many people remix these songs and decide to change the originals a little too much. Love the you worked it, keep it up.
