If it was you that previously submitted that other bar animation, this one is a milion times better. The inclusion of sound would have made it a bit more appealing though. The jokes were ok, but hitting the guy in the corner got a bit too repetitive after a while. Like I said before, add sound. Even give it just a few sound effects and it will be much better. Decent job overall.
funny to start with
It's really amusing to begin with and I was loving it up, but after maybe 10 or 20 seconds, it all starts to fall into a predictable pattern and it loses its edge.
If you had somehow condensed it a bit, cut a lot of the repetition, I would have enjoyed it a lot more.
Needed a bit of sound really
I first looked at this and thought it looked crap. On a second look, it's not too bad, there's an OK screwed up story in there, but it could have used the odd sound effect here and there. Nothing wrong with the captioning, but an odd clunk or whack sound would make it so much more interesting. Good job with the small file size.

3 hours is not a lot of time when it comes to making flash. Most of mine took a few days and even they weren't up to par.
I also really hate stick figures. It is quite annoying. Can't you get more creative then that? Your inspiration also says a lot.
Nice try but you can do better.
