This Is Good But...
This is a good piece of art; nice detail, shading and it's just nice to look @ but i prefer the piece you did on Eevee.
It's kinda cute...but
Trying to remember what charmander looked like, The leg legs look monsterously huge compared to the rest of the body, and the belly looks a bit too...big. Possibly put him on an exercise program or stop feeding him so much.

Thanks for the review! :) Easy Paint Tool SAI is just another art program, it has some really nice fluent brushes which achieves effects that Photoshop sometimes can't achieve, it's great for Tablet users. I particularly love using the paint brush variations when I'm digital painting.
