When are people going to realize that ethical issues are opinions? Jesus, its fine if youve got your opinion or Bush or God or whatever, but you arent 'right'.
'Liberalism' is progressivism. Its the driving force of our world. It only means new or different. Sure, not everything Liberal is perfect, and, considering Liberalism nowadays refers mainly to decisions on the moral level, you dont have to like whats happening, realize that every new development in history was made by a 'Liberal'. If something is changing, and you dont like it, fight it. If you like it, support it. But dont bash the suggestion of new ideas.

Now to respond to PumkinPlague.
Granted, this toon resembles liberalism in its slightest form. But one point of view is a very obnoxious way to experience art. For instance, let's say this piece was mocking the Islamic faith. It is absolutly possible that the "one god" refers to Allah, and the Snails refers to the "infidels" of western worlds. Placing blind assumptions on an artist or their work is absolute facism, and I think you truly represent what is wrong with the world today.
