Reviews for "The Hunt: O.P. Pt. 1"

sweet!! and lotsa talk..

this is gr8 movie i love em and also i dont really like all the chit-chat.... but still i think it is a gr8 movie wid alot of enthusiasm yea nice work and keep making em so peeps will watch em.. very good thats all..:D

RobsH66 responds:

Don't worry, the second and third parts have very little talking at all in them, aside from a few things shouted during combat.
And I'm already working on my next movie... it's very different, and it will be a while before it's released, but I might be able to get a preview out in the near future. I'll keep everyone posted :)

Pretty Damn Good

This was a very good movie. I must say that I REALLY enjoyed the opening credits. All the graphics were good except for the humans, they looked too cartoony. Also, Tonky needs to be removed...seriosly, all he does is ruin the element of your movie. Great job on the blood and guns! Keep up the good work!

RobsH66 responds:

Well, I'm glad everyone likes it for the most part so far. Thanks for the comments!
About Tonky, he's just sort of the comic relief guy I guess. We wanted to include some humor in this too, even though it's mostly action. He's not in it very much anyways, and if you watch part two I think you will be pleased with his next scene. :)
And as for the cartoonish look, we tried to keep the character designs and animations simple, considering the length of the movie (with the three parts added together, it comes in at over 12 minutes long).
Also, I should mention that, since the movie's production took place over a period of a year, the quality improved quite a bit as time went on and I gained experience. So in my opinion, things get much better in Part 2, and they are at their best in Part 3.
So I guess that's all there is to be said for now. Keep those comments coming! Thanks again.

Look ma' no joints!

Haha, what the hell man, after a year you couldn't draw motion as in knees and elbows moving or even another frame where they turn the guns forward instead of shooting blindly to the far right or far left.

And what the fuck was the deal with the fat guy? Whatever.

Frickin Sweet

Nice Job, I was excited to watch this flash just from your great work on the intro and menu screen. You really pulled off an awesome animation. I can't wait to see the next episodes.
