i think this is amazing, i just thought id comment on it to let you know that the legs are a bit bowed, if the girls right leg was bent slightly it would be perfect, but there is no hinging at the knee so her left leg must be bowed?

I really like the monochrome colors you used, they create this atmospere of death/decay. Also I like the idea to picture Death as a female character.

she looks like she is on par with pyramid head
and she'd be worse since she wouldn't drag her scythe
you're in darkness and you see the monsterous inhabitants fleeing past you and you don't know why until its too late...
