Good ol' Kefka
Not much of his original personality there, though. The real Kefka would have bitten out their eyes and poisoned the sockets. Anyway...
This movie is great during the action scenes; you make good use of the sprites, and the animation is fluid. I gotta say, though, the writing wasn't all that good. First off, the funny parts weren't very funny, and not very interesting. Secondly, you didn't say who sent them on the search of the mythical beast. Lastly, there was no real conflict. Everyone got along fine, except for Sabin and Gau, and Gau just took it. If I were you, I'd have a lot more arguing between Crono and Sabin. If I were Sabin, I'd wonder why Crono always got to call the shots...
Also, think about adding a few more quirks to each character's personality, especially Sabin and Crono. Some weird quirks. Just to establish some on-going jokes for your long-time viewers...
